What is IReV?
IReV is INEC's public result-viewing portal for images of polling-unit result forms; it supports transparency but is not, by itself, the legal statewide declaration.

What appears on IReV
After counting and completion of the polling-unit form, the Presiding Officer captures the form for upload. The portal is designed to make those documents available to the public.
How to read it
An IReV upload is evidence from one polling unit. A statewide total requires the lawful collation of results across the relevant units and levels. Missing or delayed uploads should not be treated as zero votes.
IReV and official declarations
The Returning Officer declares the result through the process set by the Electoral Act and INEC guidelines. IReV document availability and an official aggregate declaration are related but distinct records.
